What is a Sui Wallet and What is Suiet?
In simple terms, a Sui crypto wallet is used to store, manage, and trade your tokens, NFTs, and other digital assets on the Sui blockchain. A good Sui wallet ensures your ownership of your digital assets and can act as a gateway for you to interact with the blockchain.
Suiet is a Sui wallet that helps your Web3 journey easily and safely on the Sui blockchain. It’s designed for everyone, tracks nothing from users, and is completely open-sourced. Currently, with Suiet, you can:
- Create and import your customized Sui wallet
- Make SUI crypto transactions with full control
- Manage your NFTs on Sui
- Use the Suiet Wallet Kit to connect with all Sui wallets for Sui Dapps (more on this in future articles!)
How to Get Started with Suiet Sui Wallet?
- Visit the Suiet official website
- Download the Suiet wallet from the Chrome Web Store, add it to your Chrome, and you’re done!
Create a New Wallet
- Click “Create New” and set up your password. Remember to keep your private key and recovery phrase safe, as they’re needed to recover your wallet if needed.
Import an Existing Wallet
- To import an existing wallet, simply paste the recovery phrase or your private key.
Make SUI Transactions
- Send SUI tokens by clicking “Send” on the homepage. Fill in the address and amount of SUI tokens you’d like to send.
- Receive SUI tokens by clicking “Receive” to get your QR code and address. Share this with the sender to receive tokens.
View Transaction History
You can see all your transaction histories on the history page. Click on any transaction to see the details.
Sui NFTs
Go to the NFT page and mint a Sui NFT provided by us! Click on Suiet NFT to get more details.
Customize Your Sui Wallet
Customize your Suiet wallets by changing their colors and names as you like.
